She first asked basic questions like if I have criminal incidents and can I work the US. She then kinda when overy the job and along with hours and pay and then ask me typical questions about past situations with customers. Then I went to sit down in another area along with the other three people and until eventually I was called to talk to the HR director. She ask me of I can work the hours 12pm to 9pm I said sure. Then sat and waited a few more minutes till another lady called me in her office and told me I was offer the job which I accepted(though didn't like the hours, but was tired of being home with kids and no money). I now a week before I start training (August 14th), which is 5wks long.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
