      Management Interview

      May 15, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Santo Domingo
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alorica (Santo Domingo) in Mar 2013

      Interview

The longest ever. It could take 4 to 6 hours. Also, you take a test in one of the computers call Hire IQ and a writing test. It's an uncomfortable process and then they take you for am interview with around 5 people (supervispt, managet, Sr manager, site director, etc)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Same interview questions that any company use

      Management Interview

      Jul 27, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Alorica

      Interview

It was okay. Phone interview consisted of all the serious questions, the second phone interview was with Regional Manager, the third was in person interview. In person interview was not what u expected. Site director stayed on his telephones the entire time, asked vague questions as if he wasn’t interested, and it was just too unprofessional for me. They didn’t extend an offer, but I wasn’t upset either. They don’t do a great job following up either. When you send a follow up email that’s when they are like “oh we hired someone “. Based on previous employees it’s not worth it even in management and the turnover is high. Don’t waste your time.
