All online. answering multiple choice questions as to how to handle difficult customers, what does integrity and confidentiality mean to you? Tests how well you work under pressure and gives you an idea of what the job is like. Self paced.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
