I just went in and they asked me a few questions and then asked me to wait and I did and then a girl came in and started asking me to sign some paper work and I asked her why and she said that they were hiring me but just had to wait for my background check to come back and I was like wow I've never walked in for a interview and asked some random questions and got hired that quickly.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
