Interview
I completed the application on indeed jobs and I received an email from the company stating that they wanted to have a phone interview with me. I scheduled my phone interview and they asked questions like, describe yourself, previous job experience, and etc. Then I had to schedule a in person interview and was told right after the interview that I had received the job. I had to fill out a packet with the standard information and get a background check, and Tb vaccine.

In a sample scenario they asked me how I would teach a child how to locate their eyes using a toy.

Interview
They have emailed me regarding my availability for a phone call interview. During the phone call, they ask you basic questions about yourself before moving forward to in person interview. The in person interview is more based on the scope of the job and some basic scenario questions.

Tell me about yourself. How would you define autism to those who don't know what it is? Describe a tine when you needed to do quick thinking to solve a problem. Strength and weakness. Etc.

Interview
Great. Online interview. Then in person. Then was hired. Lots of paperwork but then started training right away. Training was great. Online and in person trainings. Then overlap training with the kids. Everything went smooth.
