It’s very how for the past two years the company posts the same job every 4-6 months. I did interview with them and expectations seems very high for what they are offering in return .

The company contacted me by email 2 days after my application to offer me a pre-recorded video interview. Unlike other delayed video interviews, you do not have a limited time to think about your responses which makes the exercice easier but maybe a less spontaneous.
