Interview
If you make it through group process then you are faced with an interview. You have to keep in mind that this is a leadership position, so you have to prove that you can be a leader and that you can handle difficult situations without having to keep asking for help. You also have to demonstrate that you can work with a team.

Tell me a funny story. I know this seems easy but after you are asked to explain a situation where you had to make a difficult decision, or when you showed leadership, this question can throw you for a loop.
