Interview
One on one interview with a team lead. Asked about previous collection job and experiences . Explained the job and how it should be done. I was offered a job the same day. A couple days later I was sent the back ground check and took the drug test.

Very easygoing interviewer and felt comfortable and it flowed effortlessly. The interview process was not stressful at all. I was told a lot about the position and was able to share my experience without feeling as though I’m being quizzed. Love it

Had a virtual interview first that I recorded my answers and sent them back. Once they want to move forward you will be scheduled for a video interview with a manger and recruiter.
