The interview took place in a meeting room. First there will be a questionnaire with around 70 questions about what to do under certain circumstances. Then the HR supervisor will ask about past experience according to resume, talk about company benefits and expected salary. Lastly, VP of IT department will introduce the job and talk about the expectations they have for this job.
