Interview
I interviewed at the Raleigh NC location for the Associate Software Engineer- College program role. Basically, I got a call from a recruiter one day who asked if I was interested in the role after applying online. I accepted and we set up a thirty-minute phone interview.
PHONE INTERVIEW: It was more like a conversation. Nothing tricky or out of the box. Asked about my resume and followed by asking 4 questions about OOP.
In person interview:
This part was about an hour and a half long and consisted of 3 different parts. A behavioral interview, a technical interview, and a panel with recent college grads in the program.
After this, I got a call about a week and a half later about accepting an offer.

Never happened, HR asked me for a good time to schedule a short phone interview and then completely ghosted me. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be telling others to stay away from this company and never do business with them.
