There were 4 rounds that I had to go through. * Grammar Test * Group Discussion * Operational Manager * HR round which took 3 weeks to complete my rounds. It is time consuming and worth the wait.

Process is coming up on 2 months January 19, 2014. I was initially contacted for a position with Interface. After a phone interview with the hiring manager and recruiter as well as a HR screening, I was told the position no longer existed as Allscripts was doing internal reshuffling. I was the candidate they wanted at the time. A month later I talked to an internal resource about some options and the HR recruiter contacted me saying I really hope your still available I have some things in the works and really dont want to lose you. I interviewed for a new Support position with the Manager, Director and some of the team for the support postition. I was in contact with the recruiter up until recently (month after the interview). I have not heard from her in over a month and it has since been 2 months since my initial interview. The director has been keeping me somewhat in the loop, but the communication has dwindled down a lot. I am rather disappointed the recruiter hasnt stayed in touch as she said she would continue to give me updates. She initially told me all i was waiting for was corporate to finalize the offer......2 months have passed and I am still waiting.... 1. If it's going to take 2 months to get through an interview then JUST TELL ME THAT! They kept telling me "next week" or "in two weeks" or "hope to have an update soon" then never followed up. 2. Please return phone calls or emails, even if it's just an email saying that you no longer have the position or offered it to someone else. That's just professional courtesy.
