Interview
1st Round was of English Grammar online Test.
Next was listening to Audio and answering questions simultaneously. After getting select in 1st two round were cleared then HR told us to wait. Later she informed us there will be group discussion round will be conducted. After clearing GD round Next was Manager round. Where face to face manager round was conducted.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allscripts (Pune City)
Interview
First Round- English Test. checks your basic English communications
Second round- Face to face Interview. Checks your communication. This position needs a person who is fluent in English.
Last Round- Hr round, for other formatilities

5.Technical Interview
After clearing first 3 rounds (easy for those who have good communication skills) they invited me on next day. During HR round he asked me several common questions which I answered well. The first thing he said after reading my resume was u r overqualified for this position as I'm a PG and after 7 minutes talk he said we'll get back to you for next round which was on next day. But I didn't received any email from them later.
