Recruiter called to set up interview. Meet with 2 individuals who asked a list of questions. Very comfortable atmosphere. Most questions were asking for past scenarios or how you would handle a given situation. They explained the clinic and position very thoroughly. Also left time for questions from me.

Interview
Phone interview with HR coordinator first, then an in person interview with HR generalist and leadership personnel a week later. The in person interview took about an hour. The interviewers were kind and professional. They encouraged questions. Quick follow up on decision.
