Allied Steel Buildings interview questions

Allied's interview process was well organized, friendly, professional and thorough. To add, their interviewing process is longer than some others (a few weeks from first contact to decisions), however, I feel that their process helps weed out applicants who have 'mass applied' to any job possible. Allied wants applicants who are genuinely interested in joining their great company for a rewarding career. Their process has been proven successful in regards to securing competent and qualified individuals since most of their staff has quite the tenure.

For myself, it was a 3-stage interview. An initial screening, a virtual, and in person interview. It was a good introduction to the company and the team I would be potentially working with.
