Initially I had a telephone interview. This was followed by a standard face to face interview with my to be line manager. Having successfully got through these, there followed a full day management assessment including interviews, role plays, planning and testing. The full day was intensive and required a lot of preparation. I was well briefed by the recruitment agency which helped a lot.
