Secondly, psychometric tests, usually numerical and verbal tests.
A few days after OT, a telephone interview
Assessment center finally.

Very relaxed; friendly managers and fun activities. The day consisted of a presentation, group exercise and interview, as well as time to chat to the other candidates and the assessors.
