Interview
I did not apply to the program, i was invited to a interview in the main office with a phone call.
Before the interview I was asked to do logic and english testes.
The interview took one hour.
Two weeks later I received a call were I was told that they had candidates with more skills.
When I asked a feedback about on the missing skills (which?) the lady couldn't tell me which skills but that i did very good in the interview.
I wished she told me which skills I didn't have to better in the following interviews.
Straight forward online application without any assessments followed by an interview conducted by a member of human resources. They were very nice, polite and relatively brief. Overall a positive experience.

How would people you've worked with in a team describe you?
first apply online via career portal, then do online test, if succeed will get invited to video interview(recorded via website). at last the top candidates will be invited to online assessment center.

The process is relatively fast. The interviewers are quite nice and supportive. 1st, a logical assessment test 2nd, a short video interview (online) 3rd, 1 hour long face-to-face interview (London)
