Interview
The process was quite long, but all the questions asked were relevant and there was no tension during the discussion. There was a group session and a private session. As they have different departments they are looking for different types of people, and so it is better to go for what you are good at rather than what you think the employer wants to hear from you.

CV and Competency Questionnaire, Face to Face Interview, Assessment Centre, Final Interview.
The interviews are fairly simple, The assessment centre was more involving and its advised to prepare well for it.
