Interview
I applied online. They contacted me by email to schedule an in person interview. At the front desk one lady was not nice in her greeting and the other was very nice. I waited for about 20-30 mins for the person interviewing. I interviewed with 3 people. The two ladies interviewing seemed nice but the guy interviewing was asking me about things that didn’t have anything to do with the position I was applying for. It made me feel he was trying to deter the interview. Overall, there were some nice people, some dirty looks or not speaking at all. There was almost no diversity in that place at all. Somehow I knew even with my qualifications they would not call me.

Interview
I was recruited and then was asked to visit their office for a one on one interview with the VP of Sales. It was a free flowing discussion. Afterwards, the VP of Ops joined in. The process took about an hour and it I was impressed with their professionalism.

Interview
The terminal manager and department manager of the job I applied for, met with me and were very informative in regards to what the position entailed. There was great energy and throughout the entire process you could tell they were genuinely interested in choosing the best candidate for the position.
