Alliance Enterprises interview questions

I had a quick 30-45 minute phone interview after applying to the position through craigslist.com. After the first step I came into the office and had a 1.5 hour interview with the hiring manager and HR Manager. I waited back about a week to hear back and came in for a final interview with the rest of the team.
