Interview
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview tests fit in terms of culture and values, and the second goes into past work experiences, skill-based. I appreciated that after not passing the second interview, the interviewer personally called and gave personalised feedback.

Question 1
I think the most important question was a case study testing logical thinking and quantitative skills.
Eerst een telefonisch gesprek waarin enkele verkennende vragen worden gesteld. Daarna uitnodiging op kantoor in Rotterdam. Hier waren een junior consultant en HR medewerker bij aanwezig. Daarna volgt nog een tweede gesprek.
