They have 3 rounds of interview. 1st with Hiring manager, 2nd with HR and 3rd is with business head. 1st and 2nd round is very smooth, 1st round it's evaluation round where they see fit to the company and with the JD. 2nd round is to study the mindset of the person and to check his/her credibility along with the company point of view. With respect to the 3rd round with the management they are not clear with the shared job description with candidate and companies expectation. They have given somthing in the JD which qualies for that particular job but management expectation is something else on which candidate has never worked on. And if you ask that with the present profile would like to learn then they say they are not willing to pay or to entertain such candidate. It's not about the salary it's about the candidate intrest even. And if they are not looking for candidate as per the JD then they should not waste there time. After qualifying 1st and 2nd round they come to know in the 3rd round that they are different profile.
