3 interviews, one with the lead RD, and another with one of the supervising RDs. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to. Interviews were only spaced a few weeks apart so I didn’t have to wait a long time which was really nice. Full time positions are new for RDs at Allara so only 2 interviews are required for contract RDs
