AllMed Healthcare Management interview questions

There was a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the VP, manager, and lead. This took 3-4 hours. The last 1 hour interview was more of an offer letter signing than an interview with head of HR. In my opinion, the process was far too rigorous for such a low paying job.

I nailed the first phone interview with the recruiter. The second interview was with the dept head. I did my research and knew the person's background pretty well. The recruiter sold the position as executive level, where the dept head referred to it as entry level. Glassdoor has the title more somewhere in the middle.
