I attended an interview in Alight solutions on July 2018.The walk-in time was from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. I reached there at 11 a.m and waited till 1 p.m at 1 o' clock the HR person came and told to have lunch and come back.Only 4 more candidates were available .After lunch they made us to wait till 2.30 and called for a quick discussion with HR followed by technical discussion with one of the manager for about 10 mins.The technical discussion went well and good and after waiting for around 2 hrs they told us to leave and the status was told to update by next day.
After 2 days,got a mail from the same HR lady asking to upload all mandatory offer document.( around 20 documents I scanned and sent).Next day morning ,a message came to come for the next round at 1 p.m.Reached there exactly at 1 p.m and waited till 3.30 to have a technical telephonic round with one of the senior manager for around 10 mins and the hr lady spoke about salary package ,wipro acqusition everything before the telephonic interview and after that waited till 6 p.m to get a feedback
At 6 p.m ,the HR came and told,you can leave for the day and follow your mail for the update and she gave her mobile number also for any enquiry. As I didn't get and update through mail ,I tried reaching her mobile through message and call.But she didn't answer my call or replied back to my message.
Almost 5 days ,I spent for interview preparation, documents sending ,travelling and for the whole interview process.Atleast a courtesy to tell Yes or No should be shown.We are qualified persons who have shown interest in working in ur concern. The attitude of HR person should be changed
