Algrano interview questions

Had an interview about a Full Stack Engineer position with Algrano. The atmosphere was tense, and I felt intimidated by the way, the questions were asked ("When I would call your boss right now, how would he describe you?" instead of just "How would your boss describe you?" etc). I felt not comfortable at all. I noticed two major red flags: - I was told that an attempt to nearshore the development failed. - I was told that I would have to work as a freelancer and was offered a ridiculously low hourly rate (about half the market rate). Both contradicts to me with their mission to make the coffee farmers life better, but to go cheap on their developers. Needless to say, I never received any feedback or at least an rejection email.
