Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community interview questions

I was brought in a room by two people. They asked me a couple questions then I filled out paperwork. I was hired immediately. It was nice and quick and they made me feel comfortable.

Two phone calls to start. Just to see if after description would want to pursue. In person interview with all three heads - it was loose and conversational. Wanting to find someone who is 100% themselves and can be down to earth and be professional when needed. Second interview was best. Found out had the job within a couple of days. Whole process took a few weeks including drug screening, tb test, and orientation.
