Consisted of an agency offer to submit my resume, and an Alcon manager liking it and wanting to proceed. I was phone screened and then asked to come on site to meet face to face. Next my email was bombarded with forms to fill out, pretty standard stuff. Then I took my drug screen and waited for the results and a start date. I was interviewed within days of the phone screen after submitting all my paperwork.
