The interview process was not as stressful as it might be. Did have 4 rounds out of 4. Alcon is a great company and good people are working there, very diligent. Everyone tried to make the interview process smooth.
Totally ghosted candidates after initial interview with no courtesy of at least send an email reply. This not only happened to me but people I know. It’s a small world.
Interview was set up by HR, Interview was with 2 people, one HR and the other as the team lead. Interview was very pleasant. Never heard back from them.
