Overall, it was a really smooth interview process. There were 4 total interviews over a span of 6 months (which the company was up front about and indicated it was a longer-than-normal hiring process for me). The first interview was with the recruiter to gauge experience and "fit" for the company. The second interview was with the consulting manager, third interview was with a current consultant and the final interview was a panel interview that required a 15 minute presentation. The presentation was a great representation of what may be required of the position. The interviews were conversational - specific, scripted questions were asked, but I felt comfortable during the entire process.
