Interview
Situational interview questions (they were very impressed with their interview questions). They would ask about a time when x happened and how you responded. Didn't seem to want to hear any ideas on how you would do things only you react to certain situations. Really unimpressed with the interviewers and decided it wouldn't be a good job fit for me so I removed myself from consideration.

Had four interviews including the recruiter screening and then got ghosted. Everyone was super positive and seemed to really like me and think it was a fit. Emailed the recruiter and two directors who interviewed me and no one replied.

Interview
The process included several rounds of interviews with leaders and teammates. Some were solo interviews; whereas, others were group interviews. Each interview was unique to the participants, so it gave you an excellent opportunity to get a sense of their personalities and what was important to them.
