Owner dominated the conversation, mentioning multiple times how awful and horrible the places i had worked before were (mainly corporate office, call center work). He asked me if that was /really/ the nicest pair of shoes i owned, and that if he hired me he'd have to just get me better shoes, and started to complain about that. He mentioned that the starting pay I'd asked for was "significantly lower than what he normally pays, but he's okay starting me there anyway." He made fun of the scars on my arms from surgery, calling them burn marks and mentioning how I " wouldn't get anymore ugly scars" He also mentioned at least twice that my being pretty would help attract business... For his shoe store...
