Be happy and genuine, make sure you have patience and can handle all types of different personalities. They want to make sure you can work with problem solving skills and always keep the member calm or be able to offer solutions.

Had a phone interview which went well. Came in for an in-person interview. The interviewer asked questions regarding my resume, then proceeded to have me solve two SQL problems, which were easy and I solved with minimum lines of code. After solving the problems, the interviewer then decided to interrogate me some more over my resume. Asked me questions, that didn't make sense, and then preceded to point at my resume as if I was an idiot. One question was about my work history, If the interviewer took time to read my resume, he would have realized my prior work experience is separated in the work history section and not at the beginning of my resume, Duh. Later on, found out he told the recruiter that they needed someone who is strong in SQL. But wait, I answered both dataset problems correctly, what do you mean I'm not strong in SQL? Went back to the recruiter, then the reason changed, that it came down to speed, and how he solved the problem which piqued the interviewer's interest. Didn't know this was a timed test. So, am I strong or not strong in SQL? Or did you find out that I'm Black Man and choose not to hire me. I would not recommend this company, stay far away.
