Well-structured and concise, with the opportunity to contribute personal experiences. You come in and wait for a short time and there is an informal interview process that allows for mental clarity and a relaxed atmosphere. There is diversity and inclusivity expressed and they interview in the comfortable language of communication required for each level of employment.
