They give you a general skill test that consists of 40 questions about basic math, reading. If you pass the test you get a one sided interview where you answer 5 questions

They reach out after reviewing your resume. Then, in an online or face-to-face. And then you get into a meeting where 10 people gathers in a room. It goes on like a casual Technology chat.
