Was reached out by one of their engineering members, so I provided my availabilities.
And that was it. They never called me, nor sent any kind of followed up email. I understand a company rejecting a candidate for various reasons but I felt disrespected playing around like this.

Interview
Wasn't a big fan of the initial interviewing experience. Head of Talent reached out for availabilities on Thursday and I provided times with advance notice. Proceeded to schedule an interview just a little less than 2 hours before the call with no other prior communication. Requested to reschedule for the next day where the recruiter missed the call. They emailed apologizing 30 minutes after the call was supposed to begin so I guess that was acceptable. We then rescheduled for the following day where I found my schedule conflicted and told the recruiter immediately with about 5 hours to respond. No response until nearly the end of the day stating they were busy.
Despite being excited about potentially interviewing here, the recruiter had no regard for the candidate's time. I tried to provide the same amount of respect to any company that I would like to have as a candidate and politely declined to continue further. Seemed pretty unprofessional to not give a response, a quick two minute email saying they couldn't reschedule for today would have been sufficient.

Interview
Initial interview was with HR to get a sense of your experience & background and to figure out if you'd be good for a certain team. After that i was interviewed by a senior software engineer of the certain team. Similar to HR interview. Third round is a live coding challenge with an engineer - use whatever language
