Airgas Process Engineer interview questions

Many of the questions were general questions such name a time your showed leadership in your community, how you reacted to a certain situation, etc. The interviewer was an actual employee instead of a human resources person, which was good because they could understand all the technical conversation going on. The only thing that caught me off guard was the interviewer asked multiple technical questions during the first round interview which threw me off guard so watch for that.
