It was an ok interview process. Instead of having someone specific to my field do the interviewing (like at every other interview I have done), they had a recent HR hire conduct it. Only interview where I have been turned down as a candidate instead of an offer being made - just for edification. I suggest they use profession/trade/skill-specific interviewers instead of some rando HR girl fresh out of her bachelor's who has no idea about half of the terms I am using and asks reductive, generic HR questions.
