Long process. Too much bureaucracy in the recruitings. Great collegues. There can be little organization and work-life balance. Interviews take place with several engineers, including human resources, VP and company President.

It was very bureaucratic, long process (8 weeks) . VP and Engineers were more friendly and you felt comfortable with them. The lady from HR was not so friendly , she was intimidating not a welcome person.
