Interview
Very long but most of that time is waiting for paperwork and email responses, as is typical in any large company, let alone one in Germany, interview was fairly relaxed, more of an informal discussion on work history and personality.

Salary expectations, describe a time where you had to solve conflict at work
Good and the questions were job specific. They had three rounds of interview . It was a good experience that is all I can say for now .They have a good compensation policies
