Semi informal and encouraged open dialogue. Interview included some members of my future team who I would be working with. Interviewers very open to discussing the type of culture and benefits working there. Discussed career options going forward.
Very easy and simple basic question. They just asked me how it went and they checked my documents asked me for my availability
And it was a simple easy interview would definitely recommend it. No need to stress as by yourself.

Process took about 3 weeks. Applied and 2 days later HR reached out to schedule a 1.5 hour interview. The interview was a behavioral, technical, and assessment. One other interview was scheduled to meet the head of the department. Very quick and efficient process.
