Tuve varias entrevistas hasta llegar a la última instancia. Hasta ese momento me mantuvieron informada del proceso. En la etapa final (terna), no se comunicaron más. Ofrecían un viaje a LA a los dos finalistas para conocer el corporativo y tener una serie de entrevistas allá. Deberían dar algún feedback o comunicación, sobre todo si uno llega a esa instancia.

Multiple interviews with cross-functional stakeholders over a multi-month period. Provided good insights into the company, the role, and future peers. Exec recruiting provided good advance briefing for each interview, but only limited feedback afterwards (e.g. "it went well, we'd like you to meet the next set of people")
