Lasted about 30 minutes. Sat with the tech lead one on one, answered some questions about myself and my education, then he asked me to solve a few standard computer science questions on the whiteboard. Since it was for an internship, the vibe was relaxed and it was clear I was not expected to know everything.

Informal, high energy, Interactive discussion of support process and previous experience. Discussion of previous experience and how I was able to resolve customer issues. Discussion of a specific instance of interacting with customer to resolve a real-life issue. Describe exactly the strategy I employed to work with both the customer and the company resources. How did the customer feel before, during and after the process. Would the customer say that you resolved things, satisfactorily?
