The interview occurs in 2 rounds, first over the phone for a screening phase, then the promising candidate receives follow-up email or a phone call for a scheduled in-person interview at the plant. For the in-person interview, the candidate starts off with a tour of the plant, where he/she gets to see the products manufacturing process, and is given an opportunity to ask questions. Following the plant tour, the candidate sits down for one-on-one interview sessions with relevant departments managers, is/her would-be supervisor and the director. After the in-person interview, it takes less than a week for the candidate to receive feedback.
