I applied for this position on Indeed and got a call within 24 hours and Interview was scheduled very next day. Had 2-3 Rounds on the same day, immediately.
First is the HR Round: Asked about my experience in the field, asked if I am comfortable with the JD and the salary, location, etc.
Followed by technical where technical questions related to data and excel were asked.
and last is with the COO.

How much do I rate my self with the use of excel and formulas? Tellme about your experience. Google sheet formulas such as Arrayformula, Vlookup, Query formula, Importrange, What their use and how to use em. Gave a test, Which was more in line with Countifs and Sumifs. ASked what logic and method ill use for it.
