I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aigen (Kirkland, WA) in Sep 2023
Interview
30 min call with recruiter. 45 min call with CTO. 3.5 hours onsite with 3 engineers and CEO + CTO. It was a fairly quick and straight forward process that lasted for a couple weeks. I felt positive after the interview but got sent a fairly generic rejection email about a week later. It was frustrating that despite dedicating 6-7 hours of my personal time, the team did not provide any feedback as to where and how I could improve. That's the least I would expect.

Question 1
Mostly circumstantial technical questions as to how I would solve a particular problem.
Thank you for the feedback, and sorry that was your experience. We do our best to provide feedback to all candidates, but we are experiencing a large volume of applicants at this time. That said, if you reach out to kayla@aigen.io directly, she would be happy to chat and give more specific feedback.
