Interview
4 rounds - Phone screen, behavioral round, case study, and final round panel.
Process was long and drawn out, and disorganized. Line of questioning was a bit hostile at times, and the role was described as having to juggle 15 clients which seems like a recipe for burnout. Don’t think I would have accepted even if offered the role.

The process was standard with a HR screen followed by hiring manager, case study, and finally executive level interview. The rounds were simple enough but lacked feedback after the rounds.
