One interview with HR, followed by an interview with your supervisor. Before you are hired, you are also made to chat with the CEO of the firm. If all goes well, you are required to take a test to assess your verbal and quant skill level.

Somewhat rigorous as they test your deep knowledge of financial analysis. Experienced hire interview usually involves analyzing a financial statement, writing a detailed report of your analysis and recent macroeconomic topics or issues.
