Applied online and was contacted for an in person interview. It seemed like the company wasn't really ready to hire for the role, but rather just surveying applicants. Seemed like they had not really thought about compensation or a road map for their expansion. Sounded like an interesting company that is looking to make a footprint in a very competitive market which would be challenging.
