The interviews were remote (this was a remote role), and all were 1:1s. There were no interviews with cross-functional colleagues, this was a surprise for the level of the position.

Very long interview process. After 12 interviews/conversations, they picked another candidate after me. The process was overall a good experience though, with clear expectations set. Would do it all over again because the company seems like a great place to work.
